1. Photos of all shipping labels clearly showing tracking number and address. For a crate, a photo of “tip & tell” label next to shipping label showing tracking # and address.
2. Photos of damage to outer and inner box/crate to show exterior damage and interior broken merchandise and packing materials.
3. Any notes or signatures regarding the delivery and driver information. Please note the delivery receipt accordingly, if tip & tell label shows tipped, Please write “possible concealed damage.”
