Cleaning: Gently wipe with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. For deeper cleaning, use a soft cloth with a mild detergent solution, avoiding harsh scrubbing.

Rinsing: After using detergent, rinse with a damp cloth to remove any soap residue.

Drying: Let the ROLEF product air dry completely. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

CUSTOM ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: When taking pictures, please use a high enough resolution so we can clearly see the numbers on the measuring tape. If necessary, take one wide-view picture of the tape and a close-up to show where the tape starts and where it ends.
SLIDING DOOR

Exterior View: Take a full-view photo of the sliding door from outside.

Interior View: Capture a photo of the sliding door from inside the van, showing the surrounding area. To avoid sun glare, close the door and use the flash on your camera.

Make sure the area adjacent to the door seal is clearly visible in the photo. If not, please retake the photo.
Important: Always measure inside the van, next to the door seal—never outside.
COUNTER HEIGHT

If you have a counter, measure the height of the counter at the point where the lowest part of the counter meets the original floor, before the added floor (Ram Promaster and Ford Transit).

Exception for Mercedes Sprinter: Due to the design, the measuring tape must be placed on the scuff plate instead.
FLOOR THICKNESS
- Measure the floor thickness at both the sliding door and the rear door. For Ford and Ram vans, this measurement is required.
PASSAGEWAY WIDTH

If you have a counter, measure the width from the counter to the frame of the door next to the door seal (behind the passenger seat).

Exception for Mercedes Sprinter: Due to the design, the measuring tape must be placed on the scuff plate instead.
CABINET OVER THE COUNTER PASSAGEWAY
If you have a cabinet above the counter, we need additional measurements:
COUNTER JUNCTION
- Please provide a clear photo showing how the counter meets the interior wall of the van.
